RuneHall Credits and Tasks

We’re rebuilding how rewards work on RuneHall so they can give you more. Brand new Tasks are here too, along with Discord linking and a round of fixes.

RuneHall Credits

Rewards are a big part of what makes RuneHall fun, and we want them to go further. So we’re changing how they work. Starting with this update, more of your rewards pay out in RuneHall Credits, a currency built just for rewards. It’s easy to follow, it never expires, and once you’ve played it through it turns into any token you like.

Most importantly, it lets us do more for you. Because rewards paid in RuneHall Credits are played on our own games before they’re cashed out, we can afford to be far more generous with them. That means more rewards, bigger rewards, and new ways to earn them in the months ahead. This update is the foundation, and there’s plenty more to come.

Your RuneHall Credits at a glance: your balance, what’s ready to redeem and the credit you’re playing through.

What RuneHall Credits are

RuneHall Credits, or RHC for short, are worth exactly one US dollar each, so you always know what a reward is worth at a glance. You’ll see your RHC balance in your wallet next to your other currencies.

You play your credits on RuneHall’s own house games, and each one comes with a rollover. The usual rollover rules apply. Once a credit’s rollover is complete, you can redeem it, winnings included, into any token we support. Redeeming is instant and uses the live rate, at 1 RHC = $1.

If you hold more than one credit, they complete oldest first. Only the credit you’re playing through right now, and what you’ve won since it started, is held back. Anything above that can be redeemed whenever you like. If your RHC balance runs out before a rollover is complete, the credits still in rollover end.

Rewards moving to RHC

These rewards now pay out in RuneHall Credits.

  • Bonus codes. Codes that come with a rollover now pay RHC, with the same rollover the code always had. Play the credit through on our house games, then redeem it into any token. Codes without a rollover still pay in your token.
  • Free spins. Free spin winnings that come with a rollover now land as RHC instead of your token, with the same rollover. Free spins without a rollover still pay in your token.
  • Chest keys. Chest key prizes worth more than $0.20 now pay RHC with a 10x rollover. Smaller prizes still land straight in your token.
  • Prizes while RHC is selected. If RHC is your selected currency when a prize such as a race payout, a rain or your monthly bonus lands, it arrives as RHC with nothing to play through. It’s ready to redeem straight away.

Rakeback and your monthly bonus

Rakeback and your monthly bonus work exactly as they always have. You earn both from your bets with tokens, and both still grow with your VIP rank. Bets placed with RHC don’t earn rakeback and don’t count toward your monthly bonus. The same goes for races, raffle tickets, lossback and wager promotions. Playing with RHC does count toward your VIP progress, so every bet still moves you up the ranks.

That’s why we recommend redeeming your RHC as soon as a rollover is complete. Once it’s back in a token, every bet you place earns rakeback, counts toward your monthly bonus and lossback, and gets you into races and raffles again. The sooner you redeem, the more rewards you enjoy.

Where to find your credits

Your RHC sits in your wallet with a short line under it. The line shows how far along your rollover is, or how much is ready to redeem. The Redeem RHC button in your wallet opens your credits in one tap.

Pick an amount and a token, and see exactly what you'll receive before you redeem.

You’ll find the same view in the Bank under the RHC tab and on the Rewards page. It shows your balance, what’s ready to redeem, the credit you’re playing through and its progress bar, and every credit you’ve received.

Progress is recalculated every time you open it, so bets you’ve just placed show up right away. Tap Learn More to see exactly how each game counts.

What RHC can be used for

RHC is made for playing through. While a credit is in rollover, you can bet your RHC on any RuneHall house game. It can’t be tipped, moved to your vault, swapped, used for poker chips, rain or challenges, or played on duels, sports or third-party games. Once every rollover is complete, RHC can’t be bet any more, so redeem it right away and keep playing with your token. You can redeem any amount, from a single cent, and it only takes a moment.

Introducing Tasks

Tasks are new. Complete a task and you earn a reward, and the better your VIP rank, the bigger the reward, with chest keys and free spins on offer. You’ll find Tasks under Rewards in the side menu, with a badge that lets you know when a reward is waiting to be claimed.

The first task is linking your Discord account, which you can do from the new Discord tab on your account page. Once you’re linked, you get a Discord role that matches your VIP rank, and your nickname stays in step with your account.

Smaller fixes

On a slow connection, Hilo could place the same bet twice. That no longer happens, and Hilo’s next-guess payout now shows the right amount, never more than the maximum win. Your chat ignore list now stays in sync across your devices and browser tabs, and quoted messages from players you’ve ignored are hidden too. Cancelling a challenge you created now refunds it once, in the currency you funded it with. Vault releases now notify you when your funds are back.
